Customer product terms
Terms for Sacramento Property Intelligence Group customer reports.
1. Customer license
The purchasing customer receives an internal-use license for the delivered report. The report may be shared inside the customer organization and with professional advisors working for that customer. It may not be resold, published, posted, or used to create a competing data product.
2. One-customer assignment
A paid property report is assigned to one customer and removed from the active Sacramento Property Intelligence Index. The free sample is nonexclusive. Exclusivity applies to SPIG’s distribution of the report, not to the underlying public record or real property.
3. Record dates
The reports identify their historical record period and the date of any market-status observation. Additional dates appear inside each property record.
4. Product contents
The delivered report contains the compiled customer data. SPIG’s internal scoring, working files, research process, and nonpublic material are not included.
5. Information service
SPIG provides an information product. It is not a title report, appraisal, brokerage service, legal opinion, tax opinion, or property inspection.
